德国贺利氏公司是一家以贵金属和特种金属材料为核心业务，具有150多年悠久历史的世界500强跨国公司，2008年集团全球销售总额达到159亿欧元。

上海贺利氏工业技术材料有限公司是由德国贺利氏全资成立的，目前国内Zui的工业用贵金属和特种金属材料企业之一。2008年总销售额为11亿人民币。贺利氏在国内的铌锆材料生产基地已于2007年8月在上海贺利氏工业技术材料有限公司四会分公司正式投产。

德国贺利氏集团早在40年代末就开始钽粉的烧结，1959开始应用电子轰击炉开展钽的熔炼，1960年开始铌的熔炼。

目前贺利氏在全球一共建立了2个独立的主要应用于照明领域的铌材料生产基地，分别位于德国哈瑙市和中国广东四会市，都具有按国际技术标准从电子轰击熔炼到Zui终成品的一体化生产能力。

产品应用于照明、电容器、医疗、化工、超导、航空和航天等领域。主要是以铌锆1％合金为业务核心并延伸到钽钼钨等难熔金属的丝、杆、管、帽、箔或根据客户图纸要求加工成形的精密部件。铌丝，铌锆丝，铌管，铌锆管以及其他成形部件大量应用于制造高压钠灯、陶瓷金卤灯及电解电容器阳极引线。我们还提供应用于陶瓷金卤灯电极的金属陶瓷材料、应用于金卤灯的镀铂金钼带、应用于节能灯的含铟带(辅助汞齐)。

Heraeus started sintering tantalum powders in the late 1940’s .Electron beam melting of tantalum dates from 1959 and that of niobium from 1960.

Today two independent manufacturing sites for niobium products mainly for lighting industry, one in Hanau, Germany, the other one in Sihui, Guangdong, China, both can offer the full manufacturing processes from EB-melting of niobium and its alloys such as niobium 1%-zirconium down to final products based on international specification.

Special metals technology are mainly used in lighting, capacitors, medical, chemistry, super conduction, aviation & aerospace industry. The product range covers niobium 1%-zirconium alloys as core business and extends to tantalum, tungsten, molybdenum, etc. refractory metals materials. We can supply wires, pins, tubes, caps, foils or formed parts according to customer drawings. Niobium products, such as wires, pins,tubes,caps and formed parts are the ideal solutions as a feed through in high pressure sodium lamps, ceramic metal halide lamps and capacitors. We also supply cermets for ceramic metal halide lamps, platinum plated molybdenum foils for metal halide lamps and stamped indium parts(auxiliary amalgam) for CFL lamps.
